The M31 "Soumi" is a gun that only history nerds have heard of, but is an amazingly fun and easy gun to shoot. The M31 is an open bolt, magazine fed submachinegun. However when shooting it it feels more like shooting a rifle. Its a little bit heavy compared to many subguns, but combined with the muzzle brake this makes recoil negligible. It is a joy to shoot. A 36 round stick mag is $36, but we highly recommend dumping a 71 rd drum over the stick mag for $71.
